Paul Toscano is a bankruptcy lawyer with over 25 years of bankruptcy law experience. He served as judicial clerk for the chief judge of the U. S. Bankruptcy Court in Utah, where he also served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee, a Chapter 13 standing trustee, and as a Chapter 12 trustee. He has represented debtors under every chapter of the code, including Chapter 9 (for debtors who are governmental entities). He currently represents debtors in Chapter 7 liquidation cases, Chapter 13 debt adjustment cases, and Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation cases. He provides general financial counseling for consumer and business debtors. His office advises businesses so they can avoid bankruptcy. His first appointment is free of charge for debtors with consumer debts or joint consumer and business debts.
