An experienced public-speaker, he has presented on topics ranging from electronic court filing to remote computer access. He holds a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.

Paul J. Toscano is a former Chapter 7, Chapter 12, and Chapter 13 trustee and has represented debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 cases. He served as debtor’s counsel in the only Chapter 9 case ever filed in Utah. He graduated cum laude from J. Rueben Clark Law School in Provo, Utah and is a published author with a Master’s Degree in English Literature.
